I've had lots of questions lately asking how to make foundation last longer on the skin or how to make skin appear smoother and, to me, the best way to achieve this is to really take care of your skin. Its the foundation of a great makeup application so definitely worth spending a little time over.
I love skincare so thats why this video is a bit rambly but i genuinely LOVE these products and wanted to share them with you.
Previously one of the problems i had was that i would try and make skin care last and would use it too sparingly/infrequently and just didn't get the results i wanted. Using these products as instructed might result in me having to buy replacements more often but i'd say its worth it for clear, healthy skin. Plus theres no point spending money on products if they aren't working for you so always read the directions to make sure you get the most out of the product.
Other than that, my golden rules for clear skin are to only put things in your body that nourish it and your body is capable of digesting. What i mean by that is that if you know you shouldn't eat dairy or wheat, sugar or other certain crappy foods, don't eat them- they will find their way out of your body some how and i usually find its through my skin.
Lastly, and this should go without saying, drink LOTS of water! Not only does it keep your skin hydrated and plump but it helps flush out any toxins.
