I received a weird little can of fake tuna in my conscious box (i think) several weeks ago and immediately ordered a case from amazon after trying it.
I've made "fish" cakes with it before but never perfected the recipe, this however, needs no perfecting and is fully customizable.
Ingredients:
- 1 can faux tuna
- 1 dollop vegenaise
- 1 heaped tsp Maharajah curry powder (this is NOT hot, think coronation chicken flavor)
What to do with them:
- Throw them in a bowl.
- Mix it all up.
- Eat it, either alone or in an avocado.
If you want to, you can skip the curry powder and keep it a little fishier by adding some nutritional yeast flakes and kelp granules instead.

Late reply here...I've tried Sophie's Kitchen Vegan Toona, but it's *very* oily. Based on your information, I just ordered the Meatless Select sampler on Amazon to try the mock tuna (and other items).
