You've all been asking for food videos for a while now and as usual i put it off for an unknown reason but here is the first in a series- each meal 3 ways!
These ideas are simple, quick, healthy and vegan.
Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie
- Banana
- Flax Seeds
- Chia Seeds
- Enjoy Life Chocolate Chunks
- Vega Vanilla Sport Performance Protein Powder
- Strawberries
- Non-Dairy Milk
- Water
Variations
- Peanut butter & chocolate
- Mixed berries & banana
- Add coconut milk and top with flakes
- Throw in some leafy greens like spinach or kale
Spicy Avo Rice Cakes
- Field Roast Breakfast Sausages
- Lundberg Rice Cakes
- Avocado
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Pineapple
Variations
- Add sliced tomato and red onion on top of the avocado
- Switch up the fruit
- Use a bagel (i like sprouted grain ones- more protein!) instead if you prefer
Overnight Oats
- Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
- Mashed Banana
- 1tbsp Chia Seeds
- Dried Coconut Flakes
Variations
- Add chocolate chips (yummy when heated up), strawberries and coconut and it tastes super decadent
- Chocolate chunks and peanut butter or PB2
- Add mango puree and coconut for an island version
I loved the video! I just decided today to revamp my eating habits, so this was a great motivation to help me get started!
