I know a lot of you struggle with anxiety or depression and find self care tough so here are some reminders. I hope you'll join in and leave your favorite self care rituals and tips below too!
Self Care Basics:
- Get out of bed & make the bed.
- Shower & wash your hair.
- Make something to eat and drink water.
The other 5:
- Apply your favorite face mask or take time to pamper your body, even if its just slathering lotion on your body.
- Make a nice cup of tea.
- Take a bath and enjoy it. If you don’t have a bath, hop in the shower & treat your bod.
- Do some yoga. If you’re not into yoga, just have a stretch or wiggle or even meditate.
- Write it down. Either in a planner that helps guide you or just writing down whats on your mind. Get it out of your head.

I really appreciated this video & would love more like it. When I'm really not doing well I love cuddling with my pets, going for a walk in the park or burning some incense/palo santo or sage even if I don't feel like meditating just to clear the air
